Macalin manages the full interior sourcing process in-house — from understanding your requirements and specifying each element to production, quality control, international logistics and installation. We coordinate each stage, keeping communication clear and giving you a single point of contact throughout. Here's how a Macalin project comes together, step by step.
Consult
We start by getting to know you and your project; whether you have a complete design specification or a floor plan. We discuss what you're looking for, show you what's possible, and develop a preliminary quote to give you a general sense of our prices.
Specify
Following material and finish specifications, we generate detailed production drawings. We then conduct on-site measurements against these drawings to ensure a precise fit. Once the details are confirmed, we provide a final itemised quote for your consideration before placing the order.
Oversee
We oversee production throughout, working directly with the factory to monitor progress. Our team carries out in-person inspections, checking materials, dimensions and finishes against the agreed specification before goods leave the factory.
Shipping
We personally load your goods into the shipping container, ensuring maximum use of the space. In partnership with our trusted logistics network, we manage the complete end-to-end transport of your goods from China to the UK, handling all shipping, customs clearance, and final site delivery.
Install
Our in-house installation team can manage the final installation, with costs confirmed alongside the drawings upfront. Alternatively, we welcome working alongside your preferred contractors or joiners, offering complete flexibility to suit your project's operational needs.
