When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company name (if given), email address, phone number (if given), the option you select describing your role, and any information you include about your project. We do not collect any other personal information automatically.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss and deliver the services you are interested in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Enquiries submitted through the form are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, and are sent to us by email. We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry.
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf, and fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) as necessary to deliver the website. If you consent to cookies (see below), we also use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, to measure the performance of our advertising; this involves Meta processing technical and browsing data (such as your IP address and the pages you view on this site). We also use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft, to understand how visitors use our website through aggregated statistics and anonymised session insights; this may involve Microsoft processing technical and usage data such as your IP address, device, and interactions with our pages.
